Wondering how to get around Washington, DC?
The Washington, DC area is serviced by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's Metro Rail(Subway) and Metro Bus. By hopping on a Metro Rail and/or Bus, you can access many of the area's attractions. The Convention Hotel is within walking distance of the Silver Spring Station on the Red Line of the Metro Rail. Take the Red Line to get to the Smithsonian Museums (Smithsonian Station), National Zoo (Woodley Park-Zoo), Verizon Center (Gallery Place-Chinatown) and Arlington National Cemetery (Arlington Cemetery).
