Washington, DC is served by Amtrak rail service and two local commuter rail services, MARC (Maryland) and VRE (Virginia), to Washington's historic Union Station. Transfer to the Metro subway system at Union Station. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont/Silver Spring. Debark at the Silver Spring station and exit the subway system at the north exit. Walk one block north on Colesville Road then turn left onto Georgia Avenue. Walk two blocks on Georgia Ave and find the Crowne Plaza hotel on the right.
